Darine Atassi
International Development

Extensive expertise in international development, governance, and civil society engagement. Fluent in English and Arabic, Darine has successfully managed complex programs funded by international donors, designing and implementing projects that strengthen social cohesion and governance structures in conflict-affected regions, with strong skills in program development, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.

Dima Ali
Project Manager & Researcher

Over nine years of specialized experience in project management and rigorous research within the Syrian civil society sector, having remotely managed critical programs inside various Syrian governorates since 2014. A collaborator with the Carnegie Middle East Center and the Syrian Creative Memory Foundation, Dima applies her degree in Media and Communication to craft compelling narratives and disseminate research findings to diverse audiences.

Salam Alboukai
Field Researcher

An engineer and field researcher with an extensive background in sociological analysis and community development. Between 2016 and 2020, Salam led specialized field teams across Homs and its surrounding regions before transitioning to Lebanon, where he conducted deep-sector research into refugee conditions. Currently based in Homs, he focuses on strengthening civil society and the cultural movement by leading multi-disciplinary teams and strategically networking local capacities.
